1. Acceptance of Terms
By accessing the CSCD website, submitting forms, or enrolling in programs, you agree to these Terms & Conditions. If you do not agree, please do not use our services.
2. About CSCD
CSCD provides vocational skills training, career guidance, documentation support, and overseas recruitment facilitation. We are not a government embassy or immigration authority. Final visa and employment decisions rest with employers and relevant authorities.
3. Eligibility
- Applicants must meet age, health, education, and skill requirements for chosen courses or jobs.
- You must provide accurate, complete information and documents.
- False information may result in cancellation without refund where permitted by policy.
4. Website Use
Content is for general information and may change without notice. You may not misuse the site, attempt unauthorized access, scrape data abusively, or upload harmful code. Course fees, salaries, and timelines shown are indicative unless confirmed in writing.
5. Enrollment & Fees
Enrollment is confirmed after required forms, documents, and fee payments are completed. Fee schedules, installment plans, and refund rules are provided at admission and may differ by program. Fees paid for government visa charges and third-party services are generally non-refundable. Non-attendance does not automatically entitle a refund unless stated in the admission agreement.
6. Student Responsibilities & Conduct
Students must attend training regularly, follow campus rules and safety instructions, maintain professional conduct, and comply with destination-country requirements for overseas placement. CSCD may suspend or dismiss students for serious misconduct, unsafe behavior, or academic dishonesty.
7. Overseas Recruitment Disclaimer
- CSCD facilitates matching and process support; employment offers depend on employer selection and compliance checks.
- Visa approval is not guaranteed. Embassy/authority decisions are final.
- Salaries, overtime, accommodation, and benefits vary by country, employer, and contract.
- Candidates must review employment contracts carefully before signing.
8. Documents & Medicals
Candidates are responsible for obtaining valid passports, clearances, and medical tests from authorized centers. CSCD may guide the process but is not liable for delays caused by third parties, incomplete documents, or candidate non-cooperation.
9. Intellectual Property
Website text, logos, graphics, course materials, and media are owned by CSCD or licensors. You may not copy, redistribute, or commercially exploit materials without written permission.
10. Testimonials & Media
By participating in events or providing testimonials, you may grant CSCD permission to use photos, videos, and quotes for educational and promotional purposes, unless you opt out in writing where applicable.
11. Limitation of Liability
To the fullest extent permitted by law, CSCD is not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from website use, training outcomes, employer decisions, visa refusals, travel disruptions, or third-party actions. Our total liability for any claim related to services is limited to fees paid to CSCD for the specific service giving rise to the claim, except where liability cannot be limited by law.
12. Privacy
Personal data is handled according to our Privacy Policy.
13. Changes
We may update these Terms periodically. Continued use after changes constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms where permitted by law.
14. Governing Law
These Terms are governed by the laws of Bangladesh. Disputes shall first be addressed through good-faith discussion; unresolved disputes may be submitted to the competent courts of Dhaka, Bangladesh.
